Each GSCC number is anchored on a specific patent or specification within the Foundation's intellectual-property portfolio, operates on the closed-loop constant KHONSTANT 1.025, and is published here as the canonical public catalogue. The scheme is additive to and not a substitute for any external regulatory clearance.
The architecture-level framework provisional patent USPTO 64/092,640 was filed at the United States Patent and Trademark Office on Tuesday 17 June 2026 at 13:04 Eastern time. Confirmation 9960. Patent Center 77547638. The framework provisional anchors priority for the entire GSCC scheme and for the underlying unit system (the KGO unit family · Katsch · Gauss · O), the operating constant (KHONSTANT 1.025), the baseline accounting unit (1 HU, the Human Unit), the four-control-vector framework (PULL · DRAG · O · ROTATION), and the architectural ampere removal from the operative electrical-units chain in favour of C (the speed of light) as the operative constant.
The framework provisional is one of forty-six active United States Patent and Trademark Office filings under USPTO Customer Number 226605 held by Kameron Douglas Katsch, sole inventor, with all filings assignable to THE WHOLE THING (Family) Foundation upon Delaware Certificate of Incorporation receipt.
THE WHOLE THING (Family) Foundation is a Delaware nonprofit corporation incorporated 16 June 2026. THE REAL ROOM issues GSCC numbers in two namespaces: a native sequential namespace (GSCC 1, 2, 3, ...) for Real-Room creations, and a mirror namespace (GSCC 9001, GSCC 800-53, etc.) that re-uses familiar three- and four-digit numerals as cataloguing convenience. Each GSCC certification is audited at the Foundation level by Kameron Douglas Katsch (founder, sole inventor on USPTO Customer 226605, signatory of the canonical signoff KO) and by the Foundation's audit basis denoted ME K. The audit attests that the certified deliverable operates on the closed-loop KHONSTANT 1.025 cycle, anchors on a Foundation-controlled patent or specification, and meets the GSCC Charter's published criteria. The audit is renewable per TOE (Time on Earth) operating cycle. THE REAL ROOM issues; the Foundation governs the family-side mission separately.
The audit basis is internal to the Foundation. The GSCC scheme is additive to and not a substitute for any external regulatory clearance issued by the US FDA, the UK CAA, the Singapore HSA, Swissmedic, the European Medicines Agency, the International Civil Aviation Organisation, or any other external regulatory authority. Each Real-Room creation seeks the appropriate external clearance through the appropriate external channel; the GSCC certification operates independently as the Foundation's own quality and architectural attestation.
Every Real-Room creation is free at the IP layer. The intellectual-property portfolio is owned by the nonprofit corporation. The capital architecture is locked as non-dilutive only: promissory notes with a tax-deductible donation conversion clause at lender election, programme revenue from a hundred-deliverable Master Menu, and grants. THE REAL ROOM has refused multiple opportunities to convert this work into a for-profit vehicle on principle. THE REAL ROOM does not need to monetise any GSCC certification. THE REAL ROOM needs each GSCC certification to be useful, correct, and publicly verifiable. The family-side Foundation governs the philanthropic mission separately.
THE REAL ROOM accepts applications from any party — individual inventor, company, university lab, sovereign agency, multilateral body, faith community — whose creation, product, service, or system meets one of the Foundation's published rubrics. Application is voluntary. Compliance is with the Gold.

THE REAL ROOM reviews each intake in three steps. Step 1 · admissibility: the creation, the rubric, and the evidence are sufficient to form a judgement. Step 2 · rubric match: the creation demonstrably meets the published rubric. Step 3 · seal: the Foundation attaches the O NUN seal, assigns the GSCC number, and publishes the certified entry to this catalogue.
If a rubric does not yet exist for a candidate creation, THE REAL ROOM will say so and propose either (a) the next sequential GSCC number as a new rubric drafted with the applicant, or (b) a recommendation to revisit once the relevant rubric is published. THE REAL ROOM does not invent rubrics on the fly to fit a single applicant — that would dilute the catalogue.
There is no fee for GSCC certification. The Foundation is funded non-dilutively through promissory notes, programme revenue, and grants. Charging applicants would compromise the independence of the Gold. If your team wishes to support the Foundation's work, a non-binding contribution may accompany the application; it has no bearing on the review.
